SYLPYL-715 ECONO

Sylpyl-715 Econo is a tough, washable, water-based dispersion vinyl acrylic paint for both interior and exterior applications. In applications on new surfaces, the application of Sylpyl-77 is recommended as a primer, which, in addition to sealing the porosity, contributes to reducing the consumption and cost of the Sylpyl 715 finish per square feet applied.

Both the Sylpyl-77 primer and the Sylpyl-715 finish are appropriate for facades, ceilings, walls and fences, which require a very durable paint; since it is possible to apply it on concrete, brick, stone, sheetrock, cement flattened, plaster, fiber cement, fibracel, wood agglutinates, expanded polystyrene, etc., directly, or on previous similar paintings in good condition.

Its finish is matte and it is supplied in a wide range of over 1000 colors. Sylpyl 715 in white can be combined with corresponding concentrated base colors to obtain a wide range of pastel or intense shades. When applying concentrated colors only, pre-apply a white background. Due to its performance and its long duration, it is an economical system compared to conventional paints. Sylpyl 750 ECC ELITE PLUS is a special acrylic paint in ecological aqueous dispersion, specially modified which allows it to repel dirt and grime. It practically does not require cleaning for a long time, it is very washable and resistant. It is used both outdoors and indoors. It is designed for use on facades, residences, hospitals, labora- tories, showrooms and industry in general, where great dirt repellency, high resistance to washing and extraordi- nary durability with magnificent appearance are required. Prevents the development of moss, lichens and fungi in permanently humid and rainy environments.

This finish can be applied as a single last coat on previous traditional paints, to give them their repellent action. It can be applied on vinyl or acrylic paints that are truly in good condition, both on facades, ceilings, walls, fences, etc. that require this paint system with special characteristics. It is applied on: concrete, brick, stone, drywall, ce- ment flattened, plaster, fiber cement, fibracel, wood agglutinates, expanded polystyrene and other construction materials.

SYLPYL-750 ULTRA & 787 DECOPLASTIK

It is designed for use in offices, residences, hospitals, laboratories and industry in general, where maximum resistance to washing and extraordinary durability with magnificent ap- pearance are required. It is designed for use in facades, residences, hospitals, laboratories, showrooms and in industry in general, where a very high resistance to washing and extraordinary durability with magnificent appearance is required and prevents the development of moss, lichens and fungi. It is applied on: concrete, brick, stone, drywall, cement flattened, plaster, fiber cement, fibracel, wood agglutinates, expanded polystyrene, and other couction materials.

SYLPYL-757 IMPERFASYL

Sylpyl-757 IMPERFASYL is a product specially formulated to be used as a waterproofing coating on roofs and concrete slabs with light traffic or on walls and facades. It is also recommended as an “extraordinary elasticity” paint for cracks in bridges and covers them, avoiding the bad appearance of existing cracks in cement and plas- ters (bridges cracks), while also preventing water from penetrating those areas. It is long lasting and looks great. Unlike other products on the market, this product retains its flexibility in sub-zero temperatures. It is recommend- ed for waterproofing for 5 years or more.

It is applied very easily like any paint and is used as a single direct waterproofing agent, in two or three layers on roofs and on exterior walls or facades. It is also used as a highly durable and economical decorative paint on exterior and interior walls of concrete, mortar, brick, block, pre cast, wood, drywall, plaster, etc. It is excellent as a finishing coating for steel silos (previous primer), galvanized steel, concrete and brick. It works correctly as a fin- ish or renovation reinforcement, in traditional waterproofing systems (cold applied asphalt or rolls applied by hot thermofusion). Sylpyl 757 IMPERFASYL in white or light colors reflects the sun’s rays, causing strong energy sav- ings. Add further insulation by pre-laying a layer of Sylpyl 800 Therm-O-Proof containing insulating microspheres.

SYLPYL-800 THERMO-O-PROOF

Sylpyl- 800 THERM-O-PROOF constitutes a thermal insulator, that is, it reduces the transmission of heat through walls and ceilings with a significant insulation coefficient. This action leads to significant savings in electrical en- ergy used for air conditioning and/or to maintain a more comfortable environment inside their buildings (Cool Roofs), thus eliminating the production of enormous amounts of greenhouse gases.

Nano space technology of the 21st century has allowed us to develop this product of excellent duration. Paint with Sylpyl-800 and enjoy a more comfortable environment. Excellent insulation for sheds and warehouses, sheet or asbestos cement roofs and mobile homes (Rvs).

The product has excellent “Solar Reflectance” (ASTM C 1549-09-2014) and excellent “Thermal Emissivity” (ASTM C 1371-15). Meets ASTM D-6083.

Sylpyl-300 AQUASYL is a 100% chlorinated rubber coating that is used especially as a finish for swimming pools, wading pools, fountains, etc. new or in its maintenance. It can also be applied in bathrooms and walls exposed to frequent splashes or with very high environmental humidity.

This quick-drying product is suitable for coating surfaces that are permanently immersed in water or frequently exposed to chemical agents used for water treatment, conditions in which other products fail to function properly.

Due to its characteristics, Sylpyl-300 can be applied directly to concrete and many other construction materials or to surfaces with previous paints that are in good condition and firmly adhered. This product is not affected by chlorine and products used for controlled treatment in normal dosages. It is very easy to apply, maintain and repair.

SYLPYL-430, & SYLPYL-200 ANTI-GRAFFITI PAINTS

Sylpyl-430 is a very high performance multi-resin anti-graffiti varnish. This product derives from extensive labo- ratory tests with special resins, nano-technology and micro-pore analysis. This product is designed to give a high shine, which is preserved over time, does not yellow and has great resistance to ultraviolet rays from the sun. It forms a hard finish that resists splashes and fumes from many chemical products, having excellent behavior even in severely corrosive areas. It forms a sanitary finish that is very easy to clean and has a long recoatable life. It is an excellent transparent glossy crystal finish that can be applied over polyurethanes or polysiloxanes as a bilayer finish. Due to its anti-graffiti characteristics, it is widely recommended as a glossy final coat for covering trucks, trains and street furniture.
